Shipping cost
Shipping charges are base on the weight of the products ordered. Put all the items you want in
your shopping basket. Just put in the information that it asks the country name, province states or postcode and it will calculate shipping
for you. If the postcode does not apply, please select the country name only. If there is a problem, please email us and we will assist you
with shipping.
Due to their reliability and quality of service, our primary shipping carrier is DHL or FedEx followed by the EMS international delivery. Upon checkout, you may choose from delivery (Express, Expedited, Saver or Express Plus), EMS delivery or store pickup. Flat Rate (best way shipment) is used for local delivery only. We may use alternative shipper, other than one mentioned, when necessary. We ship and deliver on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please include a physical address when you place your order as our shipping provider does not ship to PO boxes.
Lead time
We pride ourselves in having very unique and different favors and gift items. Most of our items usually ship out within 3-5 business days. However, many of our items are personalized, customized, or require some special attention. These are the products that are made to order, because of this, orders has to be made 2 months in advance, before the date of your wedding or special occasions. Remember, weekends and holidays do not count as business days. We are not responsible for late delivery as we always refer to the first wedding date given by you, in our communication and has estimated the right timeframe given to us, by you, before we process the order.
Although much of the time we do send out orders earlier than this,
it is a good conservative estimate to assume that your products will
arrive in this timeframe. We understand that you are anxious to receive
your favors, as we are equally anxious to deliver them to. We
appreciate your patience and your business. If you are in a “time
crunch” and you need your order rushed, it may be a possibility.
