Return Policy

Return is only accepted if a product(s) has a manufacturer defect or was sent incorrectly. The product(s) must be returned with its tags attached, in new, unused, original condition.We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and refund will be given as money back or exchange but only for item(s) of equal or lesser value.Please note that customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. In order to accept your returned item, please ensure to inform us via email beforehand.

Claim for damaged or defective products

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Bliss Treasures within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please email us to initiate a claim. Please note that Bliss Treasures is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Change or cancel order

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
